Q: WHERE DO WE SHIP?

A: We offer international shipping and delivery within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Q: HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

A: Standard orders should be delivered within 7 to 10 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

  • We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS?

A: We offer free shipping on all Standard orders of $60 or more, regardless of the size and weight of your package. For Standard orders under $60 there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.

 

We also offer Express Shipping for $14.99 and International shipping for $19.99. Please not that price for international shipping does not include import duties, taxes, other fees based on designated country. 

Q: HOW LONG DOES EXPRESS SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Express orders will be delivered within 2-3 business day, and orders placed by on Friday will be delivered the next business day (starting on Monday).

 

Express shipping may not be available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. boxes at this time.

During high season and sale, Next Day Delivery might be unavailable.

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

Q: CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

A: We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team at contact@delitewhitening.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Q: MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT.

A: Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

Q: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED IN SHOP?

A: Items purchased in shop may be returned to P.O. Box 5738 Lake Worth, FL 33461.

Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund. We will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been used or damaged.

In the event you want to make a return or exchange please contact us at contact@delitewhitening.com

The easiest way to return by mail is via USPS, using the return label provided to you after contact. This label is pre-paid and pre-addressed, and the return shipping fee of $5.99 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

General Questions

Q: HOW DOES IT WORK?

A: Our products will remove most stains with a gentle action that whitens your teeth. As our Teeth Whitening Gel is broken down, oxygen acts upon the stained organic deposits, which oxidizes them into a white colour. This process brings both the intrinsic and extrinsic parts of the tooth closer to its natural pearly white.

 

  • Place a small drop of gel onto each tooth impression on the upper and lower mouth trays. (Do not overload trays; a little goes a long way.

  • Put gentle pressure on the upper mouth tray by pushing on your upper lip and do the same for lower half.

  • Wear trays for approximately 20-30 minutes.

  • For faster results place the LED light in front of your trays to activate gel.

  • Once the time is completed, remove mouth trays and rinse out your mouth.

  • Rinse trays in lukewarm water and store in a clean dry place.

  • Repeat daily until desired shade is achieved.

Q: CAN I USE THE KIT WITH BRACES?

A: We recommend waiting until your braces are removed before starting out with our Teeth Whitening Kit. In the meantime, our activated charcoal are perfect for those with braces!

Q: WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO USE THE PRODUCTS?

A: Our kit is recommended for ages 12 years and up. If you are under the age of 18 we recommend getting parental consent before purchasing any products online.

Q: CAN I USE IT IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

A: We recommend consulting with your Doctor prior to using any of our products regarding any health concerns you may have.

Q: CAN IT BE USED ON CROOKED TEETH?

A: Yes, our mouth trays are customizable to your tooth structure.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

 

A: It will depend on your habits, for example if you are a smoker or drink a lot of coffee etc as to if your teeth re-stain. To prevent this we recommend one application every 2-4 weeks once you have achieved your desired shade.
